Hello

This is Olga Rozzell, Ph.D. (Cell Biology), NBC-HWC, DPP Lifestyle Coach.

I have a life-long interest in the biology of human body and natural holistic approaches that leads to health and wellness. Having worked for 40+ years as a medical researcher, I grew dissatisfied with a symptom- and drug-focused approach and a lack of prevention and of a natural holistic approach to health and wellness in the contemporary medicine and medical research.

As the speed of our daily life increases, and we find ourselves overwhelmed with new information and ever-growing lists of new tasks, we all try to find balance, calm time, health, and meaning in our lives. I aim to help my clients to develop their health and wellness vision, find resources needed to reach the vision, and maintain inner strength and motivation to achieve wellness goals.

I have worked as a biomedical researcher for 40+ years (last 28 years at the Cleveland Clinic, as Full Professor in the last years of my research career) ran a research laboratory, and taught medical students and Ph.D. candidates. I am a National Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach and have been certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC).

My current aspirations are to maintain a balanced life and to divide my time between helping people with my knowledge of the body biology and my coaching skills, enjoying arts, music and nature; and spending quality time with my three grandchildren. I reside in a rural area on the outskirts of Cleveland (Ohio) with my husband, two dogs and three cats.
