Service Description

These sessions combine astrological evaluation of health and wellness in your birth horoscope followed by health and wellness coaching. The first session will take about 40 min - 1 hour (20-30 min discussion of indications for health and wellness in your birth horoscope, followed by the initial coaching session that will determine your health and wellness goals and approaches). The follow up sessions will be shorter (15-20 min, $30 each). In the follow-up session, we will continue to work towards your health and wellness goals and will examine current shorter astrological influences. Health coaching will help you identify your internal strengths and find external resources to reach your health and wellness goals and will provide accountability during your work towards the goals.
